Monday Made It August

I am linking up with Tara at 4th Grade Frolics for Monday Made It. I am currently working in my classroom getting ready to meet my new kiddos on Tuesday! Sorry for the terrible pictures. I had to take them on my phone in the midst of crazy back to school chaos.

My first made it is a tag for my students to know where to sit when it is time to go home. We all ride in cars because we are a small school. So each kid will have the same seat all year but it helps keep it organized.

My second made it is for my students to know where to find paper in the book center. The labels came from Clutter Free Classroom and were an editable file in the Aqua Chevron bundle that I added to fit my needs. I love the way they turned out!

My third made it for this week are month headers for my birthday bulletin board. I also created a Happy Birthday Banner to go above the board. I won't finish this board until Wednesday when my students come to school. I like to take pictures of the students holding the date of their birthday and posting it under that month.

I am off to finish things in my classroom. I cannot wait to check out what everyone else comes up with this week!

Monday Made It - Last summer edition

It is my last summer link up with Tara at 4th Grade Frolics for her Monday Made It! Next Monday I will be back in school. Where has summer gone?? Be sure you check out all of the other great projects!

I made my birthday balloons for this year! Well I assembled them. I got the chevron balloon from Sarah at asunnydayinfirstgrade.blogspot.com. It is her Go Crazy! Happy Birthday Straws pack. They come in assorted colors.

My second Made it is my new classroom rocking chair. My Daddy actually gets the credit for this one! I love it and cannot wait to take it to my room! Thanks Daddy!!

My third made it is labels for my take home folders. I always put labels on the inside pockets so parents know what needs to be returned and what can stay at home. I am unsure about why the middle label doesn't have any words. Oh well!

My first made it is center signs for my classroom.I am in love with how they turned out! They make me so happy!

My second made it is using the same theme of birds and aqua. I am going to put the child's name on the birds legs like it is holding the tag.

This is my favorite made it so far! I love how my nameplates turned out. I used the aqua chevron for all of them and changed the color of the bird and the heart.

I also made my toolbox match my new aqua and chevron theme. I love the way it turned out! It looks so much better than my first one.

Off to another cheer camp. I cannot believe we go back to school in three weeks! Where has summer gone?? Don't forget to check out all of the other made its for great inspiration.

Monday Made It July

It is Monday again! I look forward to everyone's creative ideas every week! I am linking up with Tara at 4thGradeFrolics for her fabulous linky.

Since I am changing my classroom this year I made a new first day sign. I downloaded the letters from Moonlight Productions on Etsy.

My second made it was with my niece.  We used smores marshmallows, candy pens, candy eyes, and sticks to create our own monsters. She loved being able to eat them when we were done!

My next made it was a challenge. I love the burlap wreaths but finding a tutorial that made sense was really hard for me. So I did a combination from many different ones. It needs some work still and a bow but not too bad for my first attempt. It looks navy in the picture but it is actually a beautiful aqua color. I guess the lighting was bad.

My final made it for this week. I found this cute ribbon at WalMart and knew I wanted to use it somehow. I had this J that painted and put the two together. I love it. I think I might give it to a friend for her birthday!

I am off to cheerleading camp now. I cannot wait to check out all the links later!

Monday Made It Again

Well our beach trip saw more rain than I expected so that left me with time for Monday Made Its! I am linking up with Tara at 4thGradeFrolics.

This is my small group board. I have four small groups. Two are teacher directed and two are independent unless I have a student teacher. I will use Velcro and attach the students pictures and they will move as needed. I just bought a foam board and cut it down to 20 X 20 then added glitter scrapbook paper.

My second made it is coordinating baskets for my small group tables. I used the same scrapbook paper and attached it to the basket with double sided tape. I also laminated it for durability. My Pre-K students can look at the board to see what color they are on and where they will work that day. It works very well. I got my baskets from the Dollar Tree.

My next made it is my classroom rules in aqua chevron. I am really excited about these and cannot wait to utilize them in my classroom.  If you would like you can download them as a FREEBIE from my TpT store. Just click on the image above.

My next made it is not for school. I updated and organized my workout book as well as made my workout calendar. I cannot show the workouts because they are not mine. However if you are someone who needs workouts you can do right at home then I suggest you check out Taylor Ryan at Fit Womens Weekly! She is fantastic. It is 19.95 a month and you can do most workouts without any equipment and just your body. My friend lost 100 lbs using her workouts!

I cannot wait to see what everyone else has posted. I am off to check them out. Have a great Monday!
