Monday Made It Again

Well our beach trip saw more rain than I expected so that left me with time for Monday Made Its! I am linking up with Tara at 4thGradeFrolics.

This is my small group board. I have four small groups. Two are teacher directed and two are independent unless I have a student teacher. I will use Velcro and attach the students pictures and they will move as needed. I just bought a foam board and cut it down to 20 X 20 then added glitter scrapbook paper.

My second made it is coordinating baskets for my small group tables. I used the same scrapbook paper and attached it to the basket with double sided tape. I also laminated it for durability. My Pre-K students can look at the board to see what color they are on and where they will work that day. It works very well. I got my baskets from the Dollar Tree.

My next made it is my classroom rules in aqua chevron. I am really excited about these and cannot wait to utilize them in my classroom.  If you would like you can download them as a FREEBIE from my TpT store. Just click on the image above.

My next made it is not for school. I updated and organized my workout book as well as made my workout calendar. I cannot show the workouts because they are not mine. However if you are someone who needs workouts you can do right at home then I suggest you check out Taylor Ryan at Fit Womens Weekly! She is fantastic. It is 19.95 a month and you can do most workouts without any equipment and just your body. My friend lost 100 lbs using her workouts!

I cannot wait to see what everyone else has posted. I am off to check them out. Have a great Monday!

I have decided to change my classroom theme for next year from Wild to Aqua chevron with black and white. So I bought the schedule clip cards from Teacher At Heart. I love these cards because they are editable and she gave multiple options to chose from for each content area. They also come in several colors.

I found these super cute monsters at the Dollar Tree. I knew I wanted to use them somehow but did not decide until later. I made a beginning sounds match out of them. I cannot wait to use them in October when we do monsters.

I have been wanting to try out the chalkboard writing for sometime now. I found this cute chalkboard at WalMart for $1.00 so I couldn't resist. I don't think it is bad for my first but I have a lot to learn to make creative ones like I see on pinterest!

Have a great Monday! I am off to another week of cheerleading camp!

Monday Made It 2014

WOW! It has been a LONG time since I have blogged anything. However, I have been extremely busy taking care of my sick parents. My mother has severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and my Daddy had a massive heart attack in November. So I apologize for the lack of posts and hope to do better! I am linking up with Tara at 4th Grade Frolics for her Monday Made Its.

WE MADE IT!! After my Daddy's heart attack, he had to wear this ZOLL LifeVest for 6 months until he could have a permanent defibrillator put in because only 26% of his heart is working. It was a long six months of changing this vest in and out and it going off from the slightest movement he made. I am very thankful he had it and Praise the Lord it did not ever have to go off because his heart stopped. So although I did not invent this incredible contraption. I am celebrating that we now have a permanent AICD implanted and no longer have this vest!

My second Monday made it is this picture frame. It was a craft I did along with my niece. We hot glued sequins onto the wood picture frame in rows by color. I haven't decided on a picture for this frame yet but I love how it shines.

I did this as the end of the school year gifts for my niece's teachers. I figured what better way to say thanks than with a gift card and of course to Target! I cannot take credit for this idea. I downloaded the card from Landee at Landeeseelandeedo.com. The teachers loved the card and it was a HUGE score!

Be sure to link up with Tara and check out the other posts!
